A "Footnote" on Apostles (Part 1)

Many people today talk about modern-day Apostles and others are sometimes shocked by those who refer to themselves as such. According to some prominent apostolic leaders, the restoration of apostles would have occurred in the 1990s, and the year 2001 was the beginning of the Second Apostolic Age. But is all this really something new?
